2–3 year maximum term depending on buyer and vehicle. High-mileage vehicles ok.
Biweekly payments strongly preferred.
Discount based on contract term and wholesale value of the vehicle for new contracts and payment history for seasoned contracts.
Dealer recourse is typically 60 days for new contracts and 30 days for seasoned contracts.

Contract Funding Inc. also provides secondary finance services for major auto repairs. The majority of repair financing is for transmission rebuilds. This service is provided for consumers that do not qualify for traditional bank financing. Procedures are similar to used car financing. First lien position must be available to Contract Funding Inc.
